Andrea Bensmiller graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston with a dual degree in Vocal Performance and Music Business in 1991.
 
Since then, Andrea has worked as a vocalist, guitarist, producer, audio engineer, and bassist. As a producer/performer her work has been heard in numerous film and television placements, including four films and a DVD release for comedian Margaret Cho, cues for Date Patrol, the AOL launch of Jack Black's "School of Rock," The Discovery Channel, Toyota Motor Credit Corporation's in-house training materials, and Fox's "Notes from the Edge of Life." Her music can currently be heard on Las Vegas airwaves under promotions for Fox 5 News and Fox 5's "The Rant." In 2009, Andrea wrote the opening song for Margaret Cho's concert film, "Beautiful" released on Showtime in early 2010 and currently available on DVD.
 
In Los Angeles, Andrea spent twelve years playing the club circuit and has graced the stages of The Joint, The Cat Club, The Gig, The Galaxy Theatre, The Rainbow, and The Whisky. In 2006, Andrea co-produced a multi-media stage concert that ran for four sold out weekends at The Greenway and McCadden Theaters in Hollywood.
 
In Las Vegas, Andrea has been a featured performer at Sunset Station, Monte Carlo's Brand Lounge, The Hard Rock Cafe, Rock and Roll Wine at MIXX Lounge at the Mandalay Bay, The District at Green Valley Ranch, The Grape, The Sahara, and numerous local events and shows. She also writes music for non-musician lyricists, produces songwriter demos, and teaches voice, guitar, and music theory.
